ISDA is a culinary venture founded by Yohan Dzierzbicki, envisioned to offer exquisite gastronomic dishes for intimate and private dinners throughout Paris. With over nine years of experience in the culinary world, Yohan has worked alongside notable chefs such as Arnaud Faye, Andres Arocena, and Guillaume Goupil. His journey has fueled a deep passion for French and Mediterranean cuisine, particularly in the art of preparing fish and meats.
ISDA was born from Yohan’s desire to share his culinary vision in a more personal and meaningful way. Each dish is thoughtfully composed using seasonal ingredients, with a strong emphasis on locally sourced produce. As a private chef, Yohan places great importance on the personal connection with each guest. He strives to offer more than a meal by creating a thoughtful and refined experience, carefully tailored to the comfort and atmosphere of the private setting.
His approach is guided by precision, simplicity, and a deep respect for the ingredient. Inspired by the traditions of French gastronomy and the freshness of Mediterranean flavors, Yohan’s cooking highlights balance and elegance on every plate. Available for dinner service from 7:00 PM to midnight, with the latest home arrival at 8:30 PM. Arrival at your home or business 2 hours before the chosen reservation time.
Ideal for intimate gatherings, our tasting experience is available for groups of 2 to 6 guests.
For bookings of more than 6 people and up to 40 people, please contact me directly.

Your kitchen should be clean and equipped with at least two burners (gas or induction), an oven, and a microwave.
